Called in to donate a couple of items, and was lucky enough to get the Guided tour around with John He really is very knowledgeable, and along with lots of his anecdotes the visit was fascinating. Could have spent hours there. Nearly all the old tvs radiograms and radio's work, which is astonishing considering some of the ages, but a true testament to the skills of the people involved If you like old tvs definitely make time to visit

I last visited this lovely little museum in probably 1989 or 1990. This nice man called Gerald Welles was running it ... probably the founder? I took my elderly Dad because he had always been interrested in Radios and was a Radio Operator in the RAF during the war. I am soooo pleased to see that it is still going. I live way up north-east now so I won't be visiting, but good luck for the future.

What a gem of a place. A staggering variety of wireless and TVs in one place and so many in working condition too. The enthusiasts lived up to their name and the guided tour was enlightening. Definitely recommend.
