We had June almost 5 years now. All my kids love her. June has an amazing passion and hard effort on her teaching. Also, she is very accommodating and has an excellent approach towards different level and different age children. We are very lucky to have her.

June is a very skilled, organised and professional piano teacher. My 7 year old son learns fast and improved quite a lot. June customizes study plan according to different learner's features. We are very happy with her. Thank you, June.

June takes an easy going and flexible approach to teaching but is precise and encourages hard work nonetheless. She has been teaching my five year old for a couple of months now and I am pleasantly surprised by how much she has already learnt.

June teaches my three children, ages 6-11. She is a vibrant, joyful woman who teaches at appropriate levels with a balance of firmness and flexibility. I appreciate that she let's two children work on homework while she teaches the other child.

Excellent teachings, very organised, very lovely teacher. I would recommend for all ages.

We would love to give June a much higher rating as she's seems a very nice lady and very experienced and a good teacher. However our experiences haven't been very good at all: at the end of 2018 we contacted June to see if she had place in the weekend to teach our four year old daughter.
It was not a problem and most likely we would stick to Sunday morning - which worked great for us. We had to pay 250 GBP for 10x 30 minutes.
After the first time we received a message on Saturday to bring our daughter within the hour because on Sunday she wouldn't have place.
While we had other plans we changed it and all was well - we understand June is a very busy lady. Then the weekend after suddenly she didn't have time and we could also not take advance of the X-mas holiday (we offered June even to visit her during the week). Only just before the new year our daughter could go once and again this was a last minute appointment.
Then for the next session she had to go during the week as June was too busy as she was preparing for a concert in Cheltenham. We tried it but our daughter was too tired and we asked June just to move back to the weekends and we understood she was too busy with the concert so only after that time we would resume.
Suddenly we received a message that June doesn't have time anymore for us in the weekend and was wondering if we were still interested (even though we agreed with her to wait until she finished the concert): Saturdays are too busy and from now on she had to rest on Sunday. As "everyone wants Saturday " we just have to accept that our daughter would have to visit during the week.
As we already experienced that that doesn't work for her we then told her well if you are not available anymore then let's just either wait until you're available or please refund the remaining six classes.
Suddenly June's tone completely changed and she said there is a term's notice to give and we will never get any refund. She claims she stated this at the beginning but we checked and she never mentioned this at all. When we mentioned this she replied: "well everyone works like this".
She still owes us 150 GBP but unless we take legal action we will never see that money back. We are very disappointed in her and we can't recommend her to anyone.

From Cheltenham piano school
Recently my students had an amazing piano recital with Cheltenham chamber orchestra. It was another successful concert of ours.

Now there’s one thing I do not want to express myself but I am willing to.

This person called Danny. He brought his child who had mental problem The consultation usually ends in 20 minutes. They came twice and twice stayed over an hour. Especially, he talked too much. He has no sense of wasting another person's time.The consultation wasn’t good because the child could not sit still.
His child is a pretty and lovely girl. I gave Them twice free concertation. A person with a normal personality will not take another person's time for three hours without paying.

Whatever happened to the beginning. I accepted the child with compassion. Because of her condition and they had some problems with her previous school.

Her dad wanted me to give her a early morning Sunday lesson. I considered various things, but he still did not understand about my personal situation or the time of other students. His child was absent for several weeks.
Later on I texted him. he asked me to give a refund. Frankly, I did not feel the need to refund. I was wasting my kindness and times ( 3 hours consultations and absent and extra longer lesson) on this egoistic person. He said he would leave a complain review if I don’t refund him. I said bring your child and will give her remain lessons. His Daughter has 30mins lesson but always took longer and needed extra effort to teach her . I taught many students and met many parents. Sometimes this happened, so I always say that the lesson fee is not refundable.
Personality is very important. If your child is important to you, the other child is also important to others. I taught his child in this respect. But coming back ignoring my sincerity . Returning was a resentment.
