The music teacher Mizuka would get all five stars, who is giving violin lessons to my daughter is brilliant and she enjoys every lesson. Unfortunately I wish I can say the same for the reception area and I only gave the star because it wouldn’t let me post. Two weeks ago I called in to book lessons for this term and for this term she would have 14 lessons which brought the total to £364. During the phone call I was told that if you pay for all 14 lessons in one payment you will get %5 discount which I went ahead and paid for all 14 lessons for this term, that day in the evening I checking my account and what I see is that I was not charged for what I was told on the phone but I was charged for the full price let alone the full price but I was also charged for 15 lessons instead of 14 lessons. I called back the next day to discuss this problem and let alone that they twisted everything around but they were also very rude and I requested to talk the manager. The reception said that the manager will email me with in next 48 hours which didn’t happen until I called them back after two weeks and the same treatment I got from the manager again. I call this completely disgraceful and misleading and I definitely will not be booking lessons with them any more. I never write comments unless I have something nice to say but the way I got treated by them it just pushed me to do so. My kids have been to many different clubs but I always paid what I was told the price would be.

Just to let you know that until this moment I haven’t suffered any sort of memory lost. As you are offering I will take my money back for all 13 lessons that my daughter hasn’t had.
Next time you take payment from a client make sure you tell them exactly for how many lessons and how much they will be charged.
