Hayley is a magnificent singing teacher. She is very kind and nuturing and brings out the best in her students. Both my daughter and I have lessons and she has worked wonders for my daughters self esteem.

I’ve had other teachers in the past, but Hayley is the best and has really opened up my voice into a rich, full sound in both head and chest voice, something that the others didn’t achieve.

Hayley is a tremendous singing teacher who’s helped me delve very deeply into a passion of mine and develop confidence in my singing abilities. She teaches at your own pace and customises lessons based on whichever way benefits her students. Hayley allows me to take my own initiatives in lesson and moulds the lesson around my interests and how I feel, allowing me to explore what I personally feel interested in within singing. For example, Hayley allows me to pick any songs I wish to learn, regardless of genre or style, and helps me further my ability to sing any of these songs. She never forces me to learn a particular warm up or song which I wouldn’t want to do and always encourages me to learn and practice what I feel more comfortable with. That being said, Hayley is an outstanding singing teacher who would for sure bring out the best in you and your voice.

Our son has been having drum lessons with Tom for two years and we are both really happy with the tuition. Tom is an excellent teacher and I have nothing but praise for his positive work ethic, patience and musical knowledge. Anyone who can manage to keep a 13 year old boy interested and engaged in learning, after a day at school, deserves a medal. The set-up at smart studio is excellent, and the quality of instruments is a step above your average music teacher, like learning in a recording studio. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom and Smart studio to anyone who is serious about learning music

It has been more than 3 years we started going to smart studio for our son's classes(drums, keyboard, guitar). Our son really liked Tom and his way of teaching and always looking forward for his next classes.

Tom has been a superb music tutor for my 4 and a half year one who started taking lesson from the age of 2. I thank Tom to let my son start so early. I am very pleased to see my son’s progress under Tom. Tom’s smart studio gave my son a good exposure to various musical instruments. Tom had been very patient playing children rhymes on keyboards, piano, guitar and drums. My son looks forward to his lessons every week and he has now started picking up thing and following instructions. The way Tom teaches and communicates is outstanding. He is a great Music tutor and I wish him all the best for future.

My daughter had been having piano lessons with Tom since April 2020 after being referred by a friend.

In our initial conversations he was very upfront about what he can offer and came across as very personable and enthusiastic about teaching.

Although the lessons have been conducted via Zoom due to the pandemic, our experience is that Tom is engaging and patient which has helped to keep my daughter's interest in the instrument, and he has challenged her to progress at a pace suited to her.

I was searching for a drum teacher for my little one , then she was 5, she was so passionate and wanted to learn drums, but I couldn’t find any classes for a 5 year old. Fortunately I found Tom’s Smart Studio and texted him. Rest is a history! My little one liked Tom straight away and a huge thank you for Tom for trusting my daughter’s love for drums. After couple of classes, my elder daughter said I want to learn piano from Tom too, he happily accommodated both of my girls and gave us a best suitable time for both of them, so I can do one run for their instruments class. Tom became a huge part of my girls life, he was so kind, passionate musician and guiding my daughters naturally in their learning life.
He accommodated the class efficiently throughout the pandemic either online or person. We have never stopped the classes which is highly positive regarding his teaching.

Later on, Hayley, Tom’s partner started teaching vocal and my girls joined her classes as well.
