DJ Gym Oxford

Great studio, great tutor, great service!
The DJ Gym in Oxford is relatively new and the studio is kitted out some really great kit including industry standard CDJNXS2s; I couldn't fault the setup. The tutor, Paul is superb, really knowledgeable, really friendly and also really patient! I can't recommend the DJ Gym more highly if you want to learn to DJ or produce music like a pro!

A really professional yet fun and creative studio, with state of the art equipment (love the Pioneer decks that light up the wall panel in time with your track!) and a great atmosphere! Paul, the studio manager and DJ teacher is engaging, inspiring but laid-back, letting you find your way and own natural style, that's then guided towards the professional level needed for real gigs. I'd highly recommend any of the courses - great value for money and a great experience!

Firstly, it is a fully kitted studio and from a beginners perspective to get to use all that equipment was an amazing experience itself. However can't say enough about Paul, he was patient (Very important for beginners) and extremely encouraging as well, letting you work something out for yourself then suggesting how you can build on that. A couple sessions and i had already learnt so much considering I've had a pair of decks for years. Not only this, was a really chilled out learning environment and we had a good laugh. I highly recommend to anyone at any skill level. Cant wait to be back.

The DJ gym is amazing, not just for beginners but DJ’s and producers at all skill levels looking to improve and develop. The studio is stocked with top of the range equipment, and Paul is a fantastic tutor with tonnes of patience, knowledge and experience! I look forward to my next visit...👌🏼

DJ Gym Oxford is such a great service. The studio is beautifully stocked and Paul is the perfect mentor to give you the best chance to practice and improve your skills, whether it be production or mixing. Looking forward to continuing to work with Paul moving forward!

I attended a beginners' music production course recently and found it both educational and entertaining. The tutor (Paul) had plenty of experience and was challenging whilst still encouraging. The location is easy to find (plenty of buses) and I'm already keen to go back for a further course.

Did the advanced course with Paul a few weeks ago, he was excellent. increased my knowledge and understanding of the equipment and spent time to show me additional FX I could use to make my mixes more interesting. Would definitely recommend the course. Feel a lot more gig ready now.

Fantastic facility with a great instructor! The course exceeded my expectations. Paul has a very good method of teaching and has given me the confidence to go and play in any venue! A very in depth look into the club standard CDJ-2000 set up that prepares you to play in any large nightclub / event!

Can’t wait to come back and do the production course.
