There aren't many places left where you can buy vinyl records theses days, but HMV can provide a city outlet. Perhaps not the biggest HMV I've been inside, but reasonably well stocked with vinyl, CDs & all sorts of accessories too. On the bottom floor of Festival Place, so you may need to seek it out if you fancy a visit.

So glad to see that HMV has survived after all its years of turbulence. Also interesting to see how the emphasis has shifted from CDs to vinyl and other merchandise.

Really friendly, chatty and welcoming staff. Good range of products, amazing t shirts and hoodies. Only criticism is the price, in my opinion it's all slightly over priced. (Example: £29.99 for a tshirt)

Good stock but many CD's in wrong place and staff member abrupt when asking for help in finding an artist.

HMV will always have a soft spot in my heart. I spent so many hours browsing the music in here as a teenager and I could only guess at the amount of money I've spent there. Not the cheapest place, but a British high street institution. Everything from Blu-Ray and DVD to Vinyl and t shirts. A pop culture go to.

Good store. Has a large area dedicated to Vinyl which I was surprised at.

Great store but I'm in a wheelchair and getting into the store was tricky with the layout and people blocking the entrance due to that. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's well stocked.

Not like it used to be in the old days, mainly sells dvds, staff didn't really seem like they wanted to be there or wanted to help customers who looked lost or needed help. to busy stood chatting with eachother about their personal lives
