Prices are quite high at these locations now, various mix of music and DvDs and pop culture merchandise. However had a few unpleasant staff experiences for no reason at all.

Love browsing music and film, and buying, in an actual physical store. Much, much better than online or streaming, as far as I'm concerned.

Great selection of music and vinyls in this store. The staff are super friendly, especially Nicki and Mark, who work there as they will go out of their way to help and assist, even taking the time to be friendly to my 5yr old daughter when she "had to tell them something".

Still awaiting email to say my order is in store. They do not respond to emails. Order was dispatched on 28th November. A general email was issued to me. Could not get any satisfaction from raising a case with them. I have been into 2 stores and the item is in stock there, but I have to wait for the online order to arrive in store, don't really want to have to purchase it again as I have already paid. Come on HMV team sort it out, its now 14th December 2022

Their collection of classical music very poor. Lots of space given over to the fad of vinyl and games. Electronic goods v. expensive.
