Just Flutes

I made a click and collect order last week and despite it saying confirmation to collect would be sent within 2 hours, hours later I was still chasing them.

I made another click and collect order on Saturday as I was going to their repair shop today and thought I’d collect at the same time. I went to the shop this morning and said I had a click and collect order that I had to collect. I went to the repair shop and on my way out, the girl had my order but reprimanded me for asking for my click and collect order even though I hadn’t received the collection email. I explained that I had ordered it on Saturday and as I knew I was coming to the shop today. She proceeded to tell me not to ever do that again as that she had to specially get someone to get my order!

I am shocked and appalled with their service and will definitely NOT be returning.

I have ordered twice from Just Flutes and would certainly use them again. The website carries an excellent range of stock - clearly labelled, described and priced - and ordering is very straightforward. Everything arrived safely packed within the suggested delivery time, and I have been very pleased with my purchases.

Just Flutes is a first rate operation. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. UPS International on the other hand is a joke. I spent several hours on the phone with them. They had my Keefe piccolo in quarantine for two weeks while I was expected to fill out paperwork about where the wood came from, what genius of plant it was, etc.
Just Flutes took care of it like a pro!!

We brought a flute in person and the service was exceptional, a room to try them out, no pressure and a great choice. We've also ordered a cleaning cloth online that came very quickly. Great shop.

My order was packed and delivered relatively quickly considering it had to travel across the world. The price was also very competitive and I would definitely be happy to order from Just Flutes again!

Just flutes have been awesome. My Trevor James flute HROE was delivered quickly however without it's spare crown. Just Flutes resolved this issue and sent the golden crown as soon as it was available. Thank you the service has been great especially as I live so far away.

I ordered a Kazoo as a stocking filler for my son's Christmas. It arrived very promptly and was well presented. It provided a lot of fun on Christmas day and he still enjoys humming tunes through it now! I can happily recommend Just Flutes as a first rate supplier.

I registered for updates from Just Flutes on the MK Midgie high D whistle that had become as rare as hens' teeth within a few weeks of appearing on the manufacturers and other music shops websites in late 2021. A year later, a few became available and I grabbed this little red beauty from Just Flutes a couple of weeks before Christmas. It was sent and arrived quickly, in spite of the Post Office strike and was packed carefully to protect it against the general chaos around the holiday season. I can only recommend Just Flutes for their efficient service 🙂
