rubbish comms my friend had the sameissues avoid this company !!!

Order 5 months ago, item not in stock.
Offered to cancel the order, said yes, still waiting for the money back !
They don't answer emails (why bother ?) and on the phone they believe issuing an email with status "refunded" is enough to please the good Customer...
I wouldn't trust them anymore and will not let them go just like that, I want my money back or else---> off to court !

AVOID. Placed an order. They then advised that they could not supply the item for several weeks. The order was cancelled and a refund was promised within 14 days. However it took 6 weeks to obtain a refund - after several e-mails/phone calls to esldj and a chargeback application to the credit card company. Do yourself a favour, and buy from somewhere else!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered many goods and received none. The guy who owns it is called Perry. He is a dishonest pig. I actually know him through a friend of his and even he states he is a money hungry deceiving crock!!! I ordered several hundred's of pounds worth of DJ equipment. He claimed the old name of the company entertainments4u went broke and claimed to be operating from the esl dj. Apparently it's what small company's do, they declare bankruptcy and hold onto your money! He ignored all emails, and even refused to make contact when threatened with legal action. This guy and his wife (the now acclaimed owner) need a serious kick in the teeth!!! What goes round comes round!!!

I bought a keyboard, they said it could not be delivered in time, then the phone never answered again, and my emails were never answered. I have lost my money, I believe.
