Everything you want from a music retailer. These guys are friendly, assertive and on the ball. They had the best prices and service. Not often that you get a free, quality setup with a new instrument. The communication is personable and impeccable, they were in contact with me so fast that I'd forgotten I bought the instrument the night before after one too many beers. No regrets...cheers guys!

I had a great experience with Project Music after trying to find a very specific bass guitar. I called lots of guitar shops with the lowest prices and they all said that they bass would be sent out from a warehouse and would not be looked at or set-up. Herbie at Project music let me know that they personally set-up all their guitars before sending them out, so I had no worries. It arrived two-days later and I couldn't be happier.

Here's the thing - they charged less for the bass than the other shops who don't set-up, and by quite some way as well. Please avoid those big guitar chains and go with a good, smallish, local guitar dealer for the best service, and it turns out, the best price.

I purchased online a Maton TE guitar from Project Music. Loved the Guitar but on using it on a recording desk there was no sound or signal. I contacted the store and spoke to Conan one of the owners who immediately had it collected. Phil checked it over and sorted the issue out possibly caused by a jolt in transit. I'd just like to say thanks to the guys for sorting out the issue, Phil even sent a video of the guitar working and I'm delighted to have it back. Sometimes things go wrong through no ones fault, it's how you put things right that counts, 5 Stars to Project Music for customer care.

Years ago I ordered my Lowden. Conan was my support. During my songwriting it came into my mind to say thank you all at Project Music.

And as promised: Next time I am weird enough to cycle around the south west of England, I will make a stop in Exeter for a tea time 😏.
