Dress Circle

Ordered from this shop over 3 weeks ago. They took the money out of my bank and I haven’t had any correspondence as to where my delivery is. I’ve emailed several times with no answer, and also rang every day since. The call gets ended without a voicemail service. My order was also quite pricey (for me, as a student) so the fact that I’ve spent this much and they haven’t bothered to contact me is really disappointing. I even tried to reach out via social media, once again, nothing. Even if there is an explanation surely as a business they should know how unprofessional and disappointing this is.

Ah Dress Circle, that shop you could always go to for anything musical related, and since the shop unfortunately shut, I've recently come to realise they've gone online, and since ordering a few framed posters from them (Its the only place i could find to get theatre posters, but they are very nice) the frames are great and always go with the poster, whichever I've got, which isn't easy considering what poster I got

I would personally recommend the posters/ poster frames and Dress Circle to anyone looking for anything related to the theatre

Do Not Use this company. What was once a great shop can no longer be trusted. I tried to by a poster frame but was delayed, have no contact from the company, had to raise disputes and when the product did arrive it was damaged. Never did get a replacement, e-mails did not work and bank stepped in with refund.

Ordered a poster in early May. Have not received it. Emails keep getting sent back. Phone number leads to a mailbox that is full and won't let you leave a message.

Ordered from here on 17th July, have received nothing. E mails bounce back and phone voice mail is full, so can't leave a message.

Avoid Avoid. This company will take your money and you won't receive any goods. Impossible to contact, emails get bounced and phone doesn't work. I have started proceedings against them.

Extremely disappointed with Dress Circle. Ordered a CD earlier this year and, despite receiving an email in July saying my order was on its way, nothing ever arrived. Despite numerous attempts to contact them I've had no joy. Tptal con.

order two poster and was sent the wrong item, sent emails and contacted them via social media and didn't even get a response, poor customer service. I loved this shop when it was in the west end but I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.
