The staff hear refused a refund after sending a faulty instrument, it took months at times to even just get a cut and pasted response. They were rude, unresponsive and I'd never want to deal with them again.

Oh my word - the Roland piano I bought the week before lockdown has saved my sanity! I have had such fun. The shop were very helpful while I made my choice - even tolerating my grandsons who also wanted to help me decide which piano was for me. And now I have been in&bought some more sheet music.
