Fantastic instruction from brilliant teachers. The keyboard, and headphones I bought from here were very good, I got support on how to use the keyboard, and exchanged the headphones without any hassle at all. I would recommend this shop, and I certainly give it 10 out of 10. 5*****

Superb service today, as always, knowledgeable but not pushy. Great range of ukuleles, acoustic and electric. Bought an an electric one in addition to the one I bought here a few years ago. Don't bother with the Internet, use this shop, it's easier, more selection , great prices and availability. A great experience.

We visited on the recommendation of my son's guitar teacher. It's a fantastic little shop, and George the owner was great, so helpful and really knowledgeable, and the Tanglewood electro-acoustic guitar my son bought was a cracking price! We'll definitely be back.

I had singing lessons for several months with Steve before getting bogged down with work and unfortunately having to put them on hold. The lessons were really enjoyable and informative and I was so impressed with how quickly my singing improved as a result. He doesn't over complicate anything and we ended each lesson with me performing a song, which was a great way of tracking improvements and things left to work on! Steve also gave me a CD of singing exercises to keep in the car and I used it to warm up before every gig with my singing group. I will definitely return when I can - maybe for some keyboard lessons as well!!

Excellent music shop with a lovely friendly atmosphere. Music lessons from Owen, Steve and Liz have all been of the highest quality and lots of fun too.

My son has been going here for over 10 years now and the lessons he has had have always been brilliant and suited to what he likes and enjoys. Reasonably priced and would highly recommend starting lessons here as an adult or for your child.

I have been coming to Palfreymans weekly for 11 years now to do keyboard lessons, and also did guitar lessons for a few years starting in 2019 before having to stop. The teachers are amazing and the whole shop has a great atmosphere filled with joy. Now ar university but can't wait to get back and carry on with lessons. Couldn't imagine going to another music shop.
