The Music Shop

The Music Shop is the best place around for knowledge and customer service, and they have some lovely stuff in stock to boot! I bought a Gretsch resonator from there recently, and I always pick up my cables/strings/picks there too.

I take my guitars to Leyton when they need a bit of TLC. His service of restring and cleaning them is really good value and makes your guitar feel brand new again.

Great service nice guitars. Wish they'd stock Epiphone guitars but hey their selection is pretty good! Plenty of Gretschs, Jacksons, Fenders and more. (Here's a picture of my Jackson that I bought a couple months back)

Brilliant service.

Been trying to track down a specific set of bass strings and found them here.

Placed an order online at 350pm on a Saturday afternoon, minutes later got a call to confirm some details from Leyton (I think). They got the bass strings in the post the same day!

Arrives quickly (even with postal challenges) and comes with a hand written thank you note and some little goodies too.

Friday afternoon, 4:56 I snapped the string on my acoustic running through a few songs before practice. Quickly phoned Neath Music shop but they were closing at 5pm, my practice night was ruined. A few seconds later I get a callback to arrange a meet near the shop to pickup the strings, practice night saved! A top quality service as always from Neath Music Shop, these guys will literally go out of their way to help you, can't thank them enough!

Great experience. I had my daughter with me, and they really were really helpful in keeping her happy. Both were super friendly, and definitely have me guitars to try that were in my best interest.
