Mercury Audio iems - Earplugs

Unbelievably unprofessional and rude service. Was cut off, hung up on and met with abusive staff twice when trying to find where my ear plugs were as they were 2 weeks late; with not as much as a email/text update on their whereabouts.
No invoices & receipts ever provided despite repeat request. Still awaiting a refund of £80.
Expect severely poor communication, constant chasing and a potentially frosty reception when managing your order.

Been using mercury sleep plugs for 4 years now fit amazing and I would not be without them 😊
