We booked Nicola back in 2019 for our 2020 wedding and obviously that didn't happen but Nicola was so understanding and accomodating and moved our booking to the following year without any hassle, queries or extra money. She was very responsive to emails over the 2 years that we were in contact even with the pandemic, friendly and professional but not in too formal a way.
Nicola played during our guests arrival/ceremony/drinks and wedding breakfast and is 10000000% worth the money. She was honestly the best when it came to our music choices as we did end up asking for quite a few song requests that weren't part of her song list and she really did them justice, especially Moonlight Densetsu from Sailor Moon which I doubt would be a common request! My only regret is that we didn't get enough of the music on video which is a shame.
