Last experience was very below standard. Had broken a single nail and asked to simply get it repaired, yet despite being a regular here the nail technician refused to do anything. From the way she spoke to me to the service provided, it was all very poor.

My wife has been coming here for over a year every 2 weeks, until now. Honest mistake of arriving 30 mins late and the owner/manageress was extremely rude and aggressive. Made her feel very shocked and embarrassed in front of all the other customers. I will never give this RUDE woman of this shop another penny. I see from other reviews this is not the first time she has been called rude either. She needs someone to fire her or have a lesson in customer service. Shocking

Standard ombre acrylics were nicely done, quick and lasted 4 weeks. Gel toes lasted weeks with no chips.
