New York Nails

I may only be 13 but this nail shop is my favourite. Since i was 10 id been getting my nails done here. Yes there nay not be much communication and. Yes they may be on the phone 24/7 but my nials turnt out AMAZING. I definetely recommend going here. I don't have an exact picture but here's a picture with my nails. They were exactly what i wanted xx.

i went in the shop to get my nails taken off and a new set put on. as i got in they sat me down quickly but once they started taking my nails off the person that was doing my nails just got up and left to answer the phone. i was sat there for 30 minutes with no one doing anything. was a very pointless trip should’ve gone to jennifer’s. i do not recommend to anyone.

Went in for a full set just over a week ago. I don’t usually use New York nails but I thought I’d give it a try. They started to lift on day two! Highly disappointed very poorly done will certainly not be using again. £28 what a waste of money. I’ve now only got 7 nails remaining other 3 have fallen off. I might understand if I was working but I haven’t been at work.

terrible! i’ve never been to such a horrible, unsanitary place

i walked in and had to wait 45 minutes before i could actually get spoken to. then i sat down he started to file my nails. he kept going onto my skin eventually making my fingers bleed. he then put the nails on and used a liquid that made the cuts on my fingers sting because he had cut them.

the place is filthy other peoples skin and nails all over the sides walls and their clothes. i would have thought that you would clean the sides before you start handling people hands and fingers?

the actual nails were horrendous i asked for a pink coffin shape. the sides we uneven, the paint job was terrible, gaps in the paint.

i will never be going again. JENNIFERS ALL THE WAY

waited ages til i was seen then once the guy asked me what i wanted which i asked for a full set and clear colour every 60 secs he was checking his phone which was in the drawer ended up with a ghastly pale pastel pink colour only had on a week and they look awful and wonky plus they over charged me by £5 full set £25 and they charged me £30 will certainly NOT be returning

Love my acrylic nails, great shape and polish. People need to understand it’s cheap and these style of salons are not for a pampering and a chit chat. If you want a super clean luxurious experience go to a proper beauty salon where you can make an appointment. If you want good quick cheap nails then this is spot on.

I have been going to this place for some while and standards have gone down drastically. The place has got dirty and shabby and the lack of customer service is astounding. Went along for a pedicure last week and the shop was closed when it should be open. Returned today and was told there was a one hour wait for a pedicure. Only one member of staff and two clients in the shop and when I enquired why the wait time was so long, I was told quite nonchalantly that everyone was on holiday. Always tipped well here and won't be returning!

Quick service and love my nails. It's been 3 weeks and they still look great.
