Excellent service by friendly nail professionals. Always running on time, always courteous and attentive and, quite honestly, the best nail technicians I’ve ever come across. I’ve been more than happy every time with both hands and feet. A great find!

I am very disappointed in my experience here. I went in for a set of acrylics, i was booked in at 10:30 and waited 30 minutes to start my nails, even during my nails they walked off and left me to do someone else. My nails are bumpy and they drilled onto my skin and they bled. i was not happy about my visit.

Just wanted to say that I’ve had an absolutely amazing experience at glamour nails Letchworth! The service was impeccable, we hadn’t made a booking prior and there was a bit of a queue but they squeezed us in and our nails came out so nice!!! We were dealt with Nam and her staff who were absolutely lovely!! Definitely going to come back from now on :)))

Poor service. Had an appointment booked for 12.00 on Saturday and was kept waiting until 12.30, so had limited time as parking was going to run out. The treatment was then rushed through in 20mins and feel the charge of £29 was not good value at all. Also once I got home my right heel was bleeding through my sock as the nail technician have rush the foot filing and taken too much skin off my foot. I will not be returning again!

I can't fault glamour nails. I always try and make an appointment and when i don't I just sit and wait. Always do a great job, if you get someone not speaking or understands your needs I always ask the other staff in their shop to explain. I have seen them treat other difficult customers well so I can't fault them. I bought my mum a pedicure gift card there and she loved the experience. Thank you glamour nails always leave my nails looking awesome.

Great nails done in under an hour, cash and direct bank payments available (no card machine). Staff were helpful and friendly, received a loyalty card for my next visit, will definitely be going back
