Cheltenham Star Nails

Good first experience with shellac nails. Pretty much perfect, although the manicurist doing my nails was scarily quick at doing my nails! I think I would have preferred a more relaxed experience.

My regular monthly nails are done here. Great work and If any issues they happily fix free of charge. Great place

3 stars due to the fact that none of them speak or understand english resulting in the end result of my nails being ugly. I had a picture up & they still didnt go according. I told them to do them thinner as I hate fat acrylics and they’re still fat. The communication and understanding is ridiculous.

Had my acrylic nails taken off. Didn’t have my glasses on so couldn’t see the results. But she left large amounts of acrylic on my nails and filed one down too far. I have horrible scratches and deep lines on some now. I will never go there again

never had a good experience there . went to them for the final
time and very angry , had my acrylic nails done 4 days ago and they’re already lifting on the edge of snapping off , very angry and disappointed

had my nails done here, they are so thin and flimsy feel like they could crack at any point, way too expensive for service given. she kept filing my nail until it was burning me. my friend had gel polish painted on the wrong colour and they were aware of this after one layer and failed to correct it charging her full price even though they knew it wasn’t what she asked for. never go again

Amazing job on my nails I love them
