Emy Nails

I always get gel nail extensions with shellac colour. I was happy after my first two visits. Then they started slipping. My nails weren't shaped properly, they were breaking or splitting from my natural nails. Last time I was there just a week ago and already two of my nails are coming off and one broke. On top of that they charge me full price for shellac colour even though I always bring my own. I've given them many chances, I pointed out certain issues hoping they'd do a better job next time. But they're just getting worse each time. I'm done with this place, not wasting any more money. Very disappointing!!!

This is the most I have ever paid for a set of gel acrylics and probably the worst experience. My nails are uneven and chipping after leaving which has never happened before using gel, I don’t believe they left my nails in the UV light as long as nail bars usually do. The guy doing my nails repeatedly kicked me under the table despite me keeping my legs tucked in after the first two times. Would not return.
My friend and I both found the guys doing our nails rude and impatient.

Had a set of acrylics done here ...they didn't even last a week before they started lifting ...they were very rude while I was there talking in their own language having conversions about who knows what ...was closing up while I was sat having my nails done even tho there was still 40 minutes left ..
Would not recommend or go back ...since having them done I have heard more situations similar to mine.

On the board says 27£ for a pedicure. They charged me 30£ Because “no colour” even though it was my nail varnish.
Definitely not coming back

Absolutely mortified and embarrassed with my acrylic nails. The are uneven, bodged and flat. The were clearly rushing and not at all correcting the work that they had done wrong even though I pointed out the mistakes that they had made. I told them to stop because I knew it would they get worse. I felt uncomfortable. Not only that the price was outrageous for the service

So rude. Been a loyal customer but last experience left me very angry. Left me waiting for 45 min, having told me it would be a short wait. I gave up in the end. Don’t recommend bringing children either, incredibly unfriendly.

My first visit here, visiting from USA. My daughter and I came in for feet services, she had full pedicure, I had color change on .t toes. The gentleman who started my service was very pleasant, enjoyed talking with him, to finish my services was a nice lady, we exchanged name but no conversation. My observation, of this salon, they are very through with their services, they take pride in what they do. Happy I came in !!!!

I love my nails they were so Kind to me and the nails she did were perfect I definitely recommend this nail shop
