Leamington Nails & Spa

I have regular pedicures and this place is the best in Leamington. Its worth paying that bit more because you get such a good finish in a clean and friendly environment. I also got acrylic set of nails with nail art today and i am really happy with them. Best to book ahead as they do get busy but they will also welcome walk ins.

I do not recommend that I even recommend avoiding this place. I would never get my nails done in this place but my daughter did go there. What she had on her nails were some huge, thick, uneven claws, I'd rather stick those for £ 1 of poundland. The staff was extremely rude. Avoid this place!

Would not recommend came and had my hands and toes done 3 weeks ago, called yesterday to get in fill for both and told walk ins only, arrived willing to wait told fully booked, asked when the next available appointment was to re book was told today at 12. Called to clarify the time and was refused as they only put me down for hands, the young girl that was on the phone was the same girl that booked the appointment not been trained well with constantly going back and fourth to the lady doing nails, getting confused they’re really rude and the price is made up from what the price list is. AVOID.

I popped in yesterday 19th July 2022 during the afternoon. it was a general enquiry reallyif the salón used BIAB ( Builder in a bottle). Only because I have weak nails and not having much knowledge of Acylics or Gel powder the lady was so rude
she basically said no and just walked off. I would have happily paid for an alternative if she had bothered to engage in conversation with me. Would not recommend and would not spend a penny in that place.

Highly recommend this place the staff are so lovely and friendly and make you feel very welcomed, their acrylics also last very well too and they always make sure that you’re happy with them, definitely my regular nail spot when im in Leamington! :)

The team, and owner are very welcome and know how to take into account what designs, nails you want. They take into consideration the shape of nails, and have a great choice of colours, designs and shapes of nails at their table.

Highly recommended nail service, have become a regular customer to them for many years.

**Highly Non-Recommended**
When I called to get an appointment, I was told it
was a walk-in service, and the last appointment was at 5:45 pm. I reached at
5:25pm with my friend, but the man attending to the customers at the parlour
was extremely rude to us, the pitch at which he said 'No' in front of the rest
of the customers was pretty embarrassing, his reason for denying serving us was
pretty lame as well. I thought maybe it was a long day for him and didn't
really heed to his misconduct. My friend and I decided to visit the parlour the
next day at noon. My friend sat for her acrylic nails. While availing of their
service, she asked some questions about the price, majorly difference in price
for acrylic gel nails and normal acrylic paint. Again, this guy very rudely
said to her, ‘if you have problems, you can go and do your nails from somewhere
else'. This was the last nail in the coffin. We were very disappointed with his
behaviour and decided to leave the parlour. The staff is very impolite and
disrespectful (on the phone and in-person). I couldn't agree more with one of
the previous reviews- disgusting behaviour of folks from this sub standard
salon!
I should have read the earlier reviews on google
before visiting this parlour and not thought of finding a nail parlour that was
just nearby.

I am absolutely disappointed with my nails I got the other day within 24 hours one of my acrylics came of and then within 2 days 2 more came off very bad quality the nail polish becomes bubble and leave black dots on the nails. Customer service was unwelcoming and rude. Another thing is the pricing on the price list is 25 then they give u a more expensive price at the end. I would highly avoid this place.
