Lavish Nails

Straight away they couldnt do what I wanted , which is fine but because of this I was unsure what to have. They rushed me, had attitude about it and when wanting advice , they were not very willing and was un helpful. Someone after us was offered a drink and me ans my mum didnt get the offer. They had a general attitude about them. I found it very bizare that they wanted us to pay half way through doing our nails, the young girl had a attitude remark about it but hadnt asked anyone else to pay upfront. After nails were done, my mums werent quite painted probably, she asked for the two nails to be touched up and that seemed like an issue. For some strange reason she got the file out and started filing them which only made them
Worse! My gels seem really waterly and see through to be honest. Not the greatest job. Wont ever be
Going back for sure. Language barrier seemed to be an issue too. Would not recommend this salon at all. Unless you want bog standard basic nail as they dont seem to be able to cope with style and fashion. Customer service was awful. Never again!

Had my toes painted with gel polish last week and it started off alright when they were filing and cutting the cuticles, however the painting was awful, it’s messy and majority of the polish was on my actual skin! I could of done a better job myself considering I payed £20 just to have them painted!! The polish is lumpy and the overall painting is really bad, I’ve had previous bad experiences in this nail bar but I decided to give them a chance, i wish I didn’t and I will not be returning again

I went here this week to get my nails done. At first it seemed a lovely place and the staff were friendly. However when starting my nails they didn't trim the cuticle and just went straight in with a drill :/ My nails were also filed wonky, not to mention she was incredibly rough and hurt my nails whilst filing. She would dig her nails into my skin to rip it away from the glue she leaked onto my fingers, after this my nails BURNED. I've never had my nails done before but I'm pretty sure it's not meant to feel like that. I was left with cuts around my cuticle and glue all over my skin. Oh and on top of it they told me everything was dry and I could leave, but the minute I left I smudged my nail as painted a top coat on top of went nail polish... will not be returning!

I had nails done at lavish nails about a week ago and 3 of my nails have already fallen off! I don’t do any strenuous work or cleaning as I’m only 12 so there’s no reason for them to have fallen off so quickly. Really disappointed

They took care of my nails so nicely , i went to another nail salon a few weeks ago and they destroyed my nails so i let them know here at lavish what happened and they were really nice about it and helped me and they were careful and gentle , overall 10/10

Always love paying a visit to these ladys, and now they can offer drinks again even better.

Walk in to be greeted rudely and demanding I wear a mask and sanitise even though it’s not the law anymore! Had no nail varnish wheel so u couldn’t see the nail colours for normal polish and just overall a bad attitude from the owner!

Fabulous nails as always, quick and friendly staff.
