Staff could be more professional in terms of communication between staff and costumers. But overall, I'm happy with my nails.

Very Rude. I called to asked when I had booked my appointment. The guy on the phone said it was at 10:30 - so i went at 10:30. When I arrived the lady very rudely said that I was late. I tried to explain that is the time thAt i was told. The lady kept denying this and was extremely blunt ( huffing and puffing). Not the first time staff have been rude. But this was the last time ! Will never return.

I frequently go to K&K nails and always love the outcome. Staff are always super friendly and complete the desired design. Would definitely recommend this nails salon to others.

So happy with my nails. Had BIAB, a lot of care was taken and advice given as I had not had BIAB before. Lady explained how it would make my nails a lot stronger. Will definitely be returning.

Didn’t have an appointment booked but this shop kindly fitted me for a wonderful pedicure when I walked in .Foot massage and hot towel on feet was delightful as it was such a hot day ,plus the added bonus of the massage chair for my back .Thought the price was fair £25 as didn’t need nail varnish on /gel which would have been extra .Will definitely return Thank you .Mrs Scott

Great nails. Good selection. The owner and most of the staff are very friendly. Need to be a little more realistic on their wait times

Booked an apt but after waiting twenty minutes, saw the person who would serve me start a manicure on someone else.

Literally wasted my lunch hour because they can’t get the concept of an appointment and have no respect for time.

All in all, rude and arrogant.

Nails are worth the money, really professionally done, however would be nice for staff to communicate more and use warm water instead of cold when doing manicure treatment as I was given cold tap water to stick my hands in and ended up hurting when cleaning cuticles.
