Really happy with the experience I had here. The staff are really friendly and efficient with managing walk in appointments.
The lady who did my nails was really meticulous and really nice to talk to. It’s only my third visit (I do sometimes struggle with anxiety) but felt totally at ease for this visit.

Han is fantastic at the detailed art work if you choose to have any on your nails.
Definitely the best nail bar in the area and I would never go elsewhere now.

First time having my nails done in 12 years since my honeymoon. Very friendly service. Very busy but don’t make you feel rushed. I just wished there was more information on the different types of products they offer for those that are unsure of the best option for them

I regularly visit Shiny nails and have always been pleased with my nails on leaving. However, my last visit was a disaster. My fingers were cut, bits of nails at the sides not covered or filled, cuticles not done and top coat is not smoth at all. Think this was a trainee. But still charged full price and not asked if I would agree to be used for training. Not satisfactory

I believe I just got the wrong person to do my nails. How can manicurist have such dirty nails underneath and general poor hygiene. So unprofessional and unpleasant. Fake nails didn't stay for more than 3 days. Very expensive. Bad service. Not coming back.
