Holy Nail

I've been going to Holy Nails for many years now. My nails always look flawless and I have a great rapport with the staff. I have recommended the shop to many.

First time attending here for my nails and I absolutely loved it. She fit me in before closing and was very quick and did my nails beautifully

Bad customer service! I called in for an appointment the lady said come in 30 minutes, they made me wait for 1 hour. I said I didn't want pedicure anymore because i was running late she purposely took her time with the other customer. They don’t care if you are waiting or in a rush - they ignore you. I sat down after an hour of wait and she says she can’t do ombre nails because she doesn't know how to. Horrible experience.

Please dont go in here. I wouldnt even rate this 1 star if i had an option. They like to take your money but dont want to know you after this. I opted for a normal colour which started chipping on the same day ( i’m aware gel lasts longer but this should not happen after just a day). I went in the next day, hoping they could use a better version of the white nail colour i opted for , both refused to even acknowledge this and simple said no they wont be repaiting them!! Rather spend a bit a more and get a better job done. Never again all they care about is their pockets. Disgraceful.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP!! The staff are rude and cannot do their job properly, they cannot do designs and they charge way to much, they charged me £27 for a manicure that they said it would only last 2 weeks maximum, which by the way they chip the next few days after getting them. The gel that they use is just nail colour it doesn't strengthen the nail at all so it is expected to fall of this quick. They also said that they cannot guarantee anything and if they do not last even 1 week they cannot do anything about it. Left the polish remover on for to long it burned as well. Overall just bad customer service and do not look at the prices they have shown because it will be almost double that. They don't even know how to file nails properly and everything they do is rushed and not done as it should be.

The staff are very friendly, it was relaxing and thraputic, the salon is safe all staff ware PPE and the protective screens are classy it's like they are not there, for me it was a great experience and I have returned since to get my nails redone.
