This is my go to nail salon. Their customer service is amazing, as i am always welcomed and feel comfortable as i get my nails done. I usually ask for designs on my nails and they always deliver! They all definitely need more recognition for their hard-work.

I am extremely disappointed and annoyed. I went to get my nails done a week before my birthday. Design was nice and paid around £35 within a week 2 nails came off and 3 additional nails were on the verge of coming off. I came back to complain and I got the 2 nails redone and the other ones glued and was charged additional £6 despite them only lasting a week. The 2 nails were rushed, and not even filed. That same day additional 2 nails came off. Worst quality ever, I’ve never had £40 nails come off within a week and to not even be offered a free replacement. Will never come back. I don’t recommend it unless you want to waste money and get poor quality nails

Been going there for a number of years missed the last three years ownership changed but I am still happy with the service staff polite and friendly I will continue to come here my nails and feet were perfect.

I went here randomly very last minute and I’m so glad I did cause I will be back. My nail tech Linh was very friendly and also super talented. I showed her a reference photo of what I wanted and she was able to match it perfectly in no time at all. The lady next to me was also getting very intricate patterns which her nail tech did easily as well. The quality and shape were very good, lasted a two week trip to the Maldives so they were soaking in the ocean and everything. They also looked really cool and neon in the dark. I will definitely be back as the prices and quality were perfect.

This was the worst manicure I’ve ever had! The lady clipped the top of my finger and it’s very sore. She barely said sorry, the owner didn’t either when he tried to charge me full price afterwards. He then gave me a £2 discount- what an insult!
The place is dirty and I wouldn’t be surprised if I got an infection now. I would highly not recommend this place you pay the same price at much nicer places.

It was my first time at here but I was amazed by the service I received!!! My pedicure was very good and I had my first acrylic here, they were very transparent and helpful from the minute I entered. The place was very clean and they are paying attention to detail.

The customer service was great. They were all very professional and considerate. I gave them a picture as a reference and they did an amazing job. I am very happy with the results and I’ll be going there again.
Only negative is that there was a gap near the cuticle - so maybe specify this to them

Oh how I have missed this nail salon! I am a long-time customer but I was very pleased to visit and see that the level of customer service and professional standard has remained despite closing during the pandemic. This salon really does give you the pamper experience to a T.
