They are AMAZING!!!! Couldn't recommend Perfect Nails enough, best nail salon I've been to in terms of quality finish and service and great COVID measures in place so I feel safe going there. Very reasonably priced too!

I’ve been coming here for years but sorry to say I won’t be going in there again. The main guy that works there is very rude and aggressive. He’s gotten worse over the years. I went in for a pedicure yesterday and the water he told me to put my feet in was so hot that I had an involuntary reaction and splashed some water out of the bowl. Only a couple of splashes. He raised his voice at me angrily saying “if it’s hot you tell me. don’t splash your feet. look at the floor now!” As if a) I could control my reaction to hot water and b) i would be more concerned about a bit of water on a tiled floor than my scalded feet. I apologised anyway because I was honestly caught off guard by his anger and wasn’t sure how to react. He just shook his head. The other customer who saw this and myself were shocked at his behaviour. His work isn’t even that good and at £45 for a pedicure its definitely not worth the money to be burnt and then spoken to like that. He needs to fix his attitude. It’s a shame because the woman who works there is really good.

my favourite place to get my nails done I always get my nails done from the main lady Jen because she knows I like short nails and simple designs. my feet were done by another guy that I’ve never seen before however I explained to him that it is my birthday in a few days and I want my nails look perfect as I’m the birthday girl and he made sure that happened he took his time and everything highly recommend the shop

The main man that works there is extremely rude and unprofessional! The main lady that works there, although good at nails, is rude and I witnessed her threaten to call the police on a customer for no apparent reason. It was so sad! Prices have increased and customer service has decreased. I'll be going elsewhere and I recommend you do too!

The man is rude & grumpy
They do not always have clean towels, when asked to have another towel the lady Lyn started shouting she is stressed don’t do nails, go somewhere else I was really shocked it was really embarrassing there was three other customers at the time. one pleaded for me to have my pedicure however she threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave the shop

I just can not believe how this people can continue business… It was really bad experience.
First of all communication is minus one star.

Secondly, Prices aren’t cheap for the experience, I witnessed an employee telling of another one (the only smiling employee by the way) in front of a client. The men who served me seems in his 40 didn’t understand English well, didn’t listen and never smiled during my stay, even once! He was rough. When I told him to be softer he said shall I just leave this toe?

When I asked question or told him my feet hurt he didn’t show any compassion, replied as he was annoyed. I don’t know how they are with nails but pedicure … bad! I am definitely not coming back.

I've been going here for about a year now, and have always been happy with my nails. I've had acrylics, natural nails, gel polish, nail art, pedicures, the lot. I initially noticed some older reviews about rude staff behaviour so was a bit on alert the first few times, but staff has always been helpful and kind to me and listened to my requests, nor have I ever witnessed anything with other customers. Prices are in line with most places I've been to and I find them reasonable. Special shout out to the lady who uses hot stones as part of her pedicure treatment, it was the most heavenly pedicure I've ever had!
