Forever Nails & Spa

Unprofessional, inattentive, untidy application of polish, poor workmanship really. I only asked for a simple normal polish. It’s not that hard, I can even do it myself, but wanted to go to a salon where they can get the finishing perfect and more neat. I thought I’d treat myself… but boy was I wrong.

Unfortunately I was left with bubbles inside the nail varnish and visible varnish layers that were not equal (only two layers used, but it was misaligned!) so it just looked a mess and then the polish cracked within a day anyway. I was hoping to find somewhere to give repeat business to, but after the rush job I got and disparaging tone from the main guy Andy, who made me feel uncomfortable by saying patronising things loudly so everyone could hear, I wouldn’t ever want to go back. I just wanted my nails done in a happy place.

Booked an appointment and was kept waiting for 25 minutes. I’d asked for gel extensions but they gave me acrylic yet still charged me for the gel price. This was 2 days ago and the paints already chipping off. Won’t be back.

Extremely happy with the level of service I have received. If you like designs on your nails, they do anything! I highly recommended this place!

I LOVE MY NAILS!!! I just got my nails done in prep for a wedding and I'm so in love with them! I can't stop looking at them. I showed a picture of what I wanted and they are exactly the same if not better!! Everyone working there is super friendly! I will 100% be going back :)

Wonderful experience! Went in for a spa pedicure and couldn't have been happier. We were seen right away and the whole experience was really relaxing, my feet are feeling very soft and happy. I really recommend, even if you're just passing by and looking for a little treat

Mum & I have been coming for literally years for shellac manicures & pedicures which are by far the longest lasting we've ever had. All the team are great. We come every month. We love the boss he's great & helpful.

The service was awful, I don't get my nails done often so I'm unsure of what to ask for, so when I was trying to decide a few of the staff just kept asking me what I wanted. When I eventually managed to articulate what it was I actually wanted I sat down and the guy proceeded to take off the nail varnish I already had on, although he didn't do a great job of that. After he had put the nails on he asked me what shape I wanted I wanted them rounded but sort of squared off however I just said round and when I asked him to square them off, he and another colleague kept just saying at me "you asked for them round" repetitively so the whole shop could hear, then spoke in a different language to eachother which seemed quite clearly about me and it was highly embarrassing. When I left after paying £23 for nails that were all different lengths and sizes one of them smudged straight away cause it still wasn't dry. 2 days later the nails are already dull and chipped and I can safely say that they are THE worst fake nails I've ever had done. If you're looking for a good one, use Emma's nails in surbiton instead they are Much better and offer student discount too.
