I have recommended them to brides and have had perfect feedback on them . I will keep on recommending them. I have been a regular customer for nearly 5 years . I have always had an excellent service. I get nails done every 6 to 8 weeks. Last time I had broken two nails straight after getting them done as i was moving heavy stuff ... and went to have them fixed expecting to pay but it was done absolutely free of charge . Cant recommend the staff enough . Thank you everyone for all your dedication keep up the excellent service . Its second to none!

I’ve been using Diamond nails for years. Both myself & my Daughter go every month. Never had a bad experience. Had my wedding nails done here too. They are happy to try new designs & always exceed expectations. They do get very busy at times but they always try their best to get you seen to as soon as possible. Love massage chairs when having a pedicure :)

I am a regular custotomer to this shop. Gave in my loyalty card to be stamped and was told I had to spend £18 + for it to be stamped. There is nothing saying a MINIMUM amount in the shop. That is NOT loyalty to a customer.

AWFUL!!

I had a gel manicure and pedicure, I was overcharged and still had to pay extra even though it was their error.

Came home and one nail had already chipped!!! Not even 24 hours!! Went back again this morning to have fixed. I’ve come home and now one of my toes is chipped! Was told it would last longer being gel.

Wishing I had gone to another salon.

The staff really don’t seem to care - they were polite enough and don’t know if they were having a bad day or what as I never use this place but certainly won’t be going back! Twice they brought over the wrong gel colour and I actually gave up and just said fine to the second colour as was nice but not what I wanted. On top of that my hands were literally thrown about, the nails weren’t capped properly, one thumb has a small bump on the end which luckily can’t really see but can feel, I am shocked I am not bleeding as it was painful when they used the machine as kept catching my skin, my nails are all different lengths, got nail polish on my hands.
They look ok enough that I did pay but not convinced something isn’t going to go wrong before I plan to go back to my regular place.

I’ve been a customer for 5 years and really sad to say that since lockdown they’ve become absolutely awful. I gave them a chance after a chance but it’s only getting worse. Had my nails done today. Asked 3 times to cut my nails short and was ignored until I asked for a final time when acrylic was already done. Woman who did my nails burnt my skin few times which was painful to a point I had to take my hand away from her. Didn’t put a base coat and cured my nails for less then 30 seconds each time. Moody and unhappy staff.. entire service took 35 minutes which can only tell you about the quality of it all.. I am so done with this place that I won’t be coming back. In summary - bulky, thick and uneven nails covered in air bubbles…

had ombré , it was so thick they looked ridiculous, i did say a few times there to thick and they just carried on, i then banged my nail a week later , because the ombré was so thick it ripped my nail completely out and through the skin , ended up min a&e having my nail removed ! went back to get SNS but obviously my thumb nail couldn’t be done , i told them why had happened and that i don’t want it thick this time and sns is powder so not hard to mess it up ! Now there all different shapes and sizes none are smooth there all lumpy ! Been here 3 times and never again

I wanted nice elegant nails for my holiday,was given short stumpy ones i said twice they are too short but lady was busy listening to a collegue trying to book tickets on the phone.If i turn my hand round you dont even see a nail SHOCKING
