Nails City

Just had my nails done this morning. I was the first customer of the day. I asked for short acrylic nails. They didn't do the cuticles at all. And also rushed with the nail polish because other customers were arriving. I paid £25 for a terrible job. I told them I was not happy and they just started laughing. Which is rude and terrible customer service. And top it off, to dry my nails the machine was not on so I also smudge a little of the polish to point towards the machine. And letting them know that it's switch off! They took there time to come over! I will never ever go back to this place. Plus they should really do some dusting...its not clean.

Avoid at all cost. Every time I have been to Nails City, they have made me wait a minimum of 1 hour, even when I have booked an appointment. They have no booking system in place and every treatment is rushed. They accept walk ins and continue to take appointments over the phone even when they have people waiting in store. The treatments are always rushed and the nail technicians are always occupied with other things. My nails haven't last every time I have had a treatment here and will not be going back. I have always given them the benefit of the doubt as they are convenient for me but I will not be returning...

Got ombre for the first time. Very good experience. My nails weren't neatened first (had alot of skin along nails) but overall very pleased 😌

I paid £30 for nothing it was so good before but now it was so bad experience.If you are new and don’t know to do nails just stay home or do something else .
I’m so disappointed.
