Five Star Nails

I have been coming here for a few years now. They are so friendly and professional. With my line of work my nails break other places I have been. Even after a week and half my nails still shinny and look like I got them done yesterday. So pleased

They were okay but service was poor , I’ve asked them to do Something and they did something else , pedicure - they did it in a hurry , so haven’t done it properly, I came home to see my feet looks like I’ve had stretched marks on them, they get annoyed real quick when I ask something! I asked them to do clean up my nails before do the acrylic nails but , they said they charge extra £10 for it , but I’m sure it’s included with manicure!

Avoid!!!!This guys have started to over “ rate “ them selves, not sure if they realise there is much better nail shops around the area!!!!I Out of the sudden the table with the prices means nothing because an infill costs you the same as a new full set. You ask for colours they want to chose it for you, you ask for a design they cant be bothered to do it as they want to pick it them self whatever is easier for them. As soon as you walk in the attitude is “ i cant be bothered “ sit down, you cant get what you ask for and in the end you are over charged for something you don't even like!!! The acrylics dont even last you longer then 1 week and they start falling. I used to go here since 2013 and recently visited again but they are so different now and careless about their customers. Every girl that walks in there has to have at least one argument with them and still walks out not getting what they want, disappointed. I mean if you cant be bothered to run the business anymore just close it , why should people get this sort of service just because your making enough money now and are careless. Not sure who they think they are but at the end of the day your taking my money so you do what i ask for not what you want me to get!!!!

LADIES AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Do nottttt Support their business!!! Working in hospitality myself I know all about good customer service skills, they are absolutely terrible!!! if you ask A simple question, they get very irritable, especially one guy who is extremely rude, and will start talking about you in the language and laugh. I will never spend my money back at the nail shop aka snail shop ( they are extremely slow) as I’ve got my nails done at the shop, I saw how they treated certain people, let’s just put it this way, if you are not white and have a designer bag then they are not going to be the nicest to you at all, avoid this place at all costs!!! they are much better nail shops in West Drayton.

Went here yesterday as a quick option because it’s closer than my usual and oh my god do not waist your money here! They try to rip you off! Add on prices at the end. And the staff are very rude. Five stars Uxbridge road is much better! Never again

Terrible customer service, the guy doing my nails was rude and pulling my hands and feet when he could have just asked me to move them instead of forcing them! Was making faces and then talking in his own language with other staff members and laughing but yet rude and cold with the customer! The pedicure was terrible and could have done a better job myself!!

Nails are Nothing like the picture I showed them, my acrylics are now horrible. Nothing to what I wanted, she did square shape when I wanted coffin, and cut them all different sizes some are longer than others, she drilled my nails then accidentally moved it and made my finger bleed and my skin came to contact with the drill, £35 for terrible nails, I don’t recommend At all.
