Hollywood nails

I have been going here every month for the past 2 years but after today there is no way I'm going back and spending my hard earned money there!! Customer service means nothing to them!

I got a mani-pedi done 4 days ago for a Christmas party which they had painted 2 different shades on my hands and feet. She told me that she could not fix it while its wet and to come back another day to change the colour as its easier to remove when dry.
This was a day before the christmas party so as expected I was quite disappointed but let it off as I had been there many times and never had any issues before. Instead I did a quick DIY fix at home to get my nails to somewhat match.

I went back today to get the colour changed and saw the same young girl. She recognised me and started removing the shellac on my hands. Half way through she tells me to chose a colour and I did and just to confirm I said to her "this will be the exact same colour on the hands and feet right?"
She snapped!!! She gave me the dirtiest look and said "You want to do your feet too?! I'm not going to do it!"
I told her she was the one who told me to come back to change the colour and she said "only if you come back within 1 day or 2 days not longer than that"
I replied, "you never made that clear before and I work full time so I cant come back that quick" what she said next shocked me. "I WORK FULL TIME I WORK HARDER THAN YOU!!"

Ok. You dont know me or what I do but whatever. I'm gonna keep it calm and cute.

I asked her "why are you getting so angry?" She said shes not angry and continued talking to her colleague in her own language which is the most rudest thing.

Her colleague told her to change my nails but only charge me for the shellac on my hands.

I honestly could have argued so much more because I should not have to pay after they are the ones who did the wrong shade and then promised to change it for me next time I come in. And on top of that she wants to shout at me infront of everyone when I have done nothing wrong.

The salon was busy and everyone was staring at me. It was humiliating and unacceptable.
I paid for the very last time and left that place I will never go back there ever again.

My acrylics were amazing and have lasted long

Affordable and quick service with fab results. Would recommend them over other salons in the area

Had full set of acrylics and shellac and not even a hour later ones chipped and peeling

Staff very friendly and helpful. Focused on the customer. Excellent value for money and good quality work.

They fell off two days after I got them done

Had ombre acrylic nails done, cost me £35. It's only been a week and 2 have already fallen off. Such a waste of money, should last a lot longer for that price!!

Bad staff, don't go Hollywood nails and don't waste your money and time. My nails are broken in within one week. When I go to fix my nails, all staff are rude. They do arguments with me and also bad service they provide to their customers.
