Tina Star Nails

My favourite place to get my nails done! They've handled COVID cleanliness really well and they have an amazing set of colours. Every design I've ever asked for, they've always done it really well.

Tina is very rude person, she is the most rude person I ever meet, plus she lies a lot , if you call to make appointments she lies saying you don’t call, all because she wants to put another customer in front of you.
She keep asking myself did you make appointments, and the others when they arrive to the shop, she never ask any question 🤬
Very unfair !

Absolutely amazing service, loved my set of nails from here 10/10. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Tina and Tom you are amazing x

Got my nails done here, I had a set of acrylics done
At first they looked nice but when I got home and washed my hands the paint just started falling off.
What a waste of time and money
I could not be bothered to go back, I already spent ages waiting to get them done., no more time to sit a round., the nails should have been perfect in the first place.I will not be going back ever, customer service was also really weak.

Had my nails done recently, they were so bad! They make u feel guilty for complaining so i left and went to another shop had them removed and re done …
Go to five star on fairfield road instead

Tina gave me a pedicure for 10 minutes for £35, not worth even one penny I will not be returning. Extremely low quality pedicure, nails not painted properly.horrible service

Pathetic service- i gave her nail art designs and she refused saying that it will take an hour moore to be honest i know how designs are done so y cnt she 😒 moth ago

I arrived at the shop at 5.55pm to find the shutters down , however, there were customers in the shop. Therefore, I called the shop to ask why were the shutters down as they closed at 7pm and could they do one nail. The man that answered LIED by saying that they were busy, so I advised him I was standing outside the shop and I could see there were only 2 clients in there. He then backtracked and said they had something to do and could I return on Saturday. I advised I was a regular customer and stressed it was only one nail that needed doing. He refused to assist, therefore I advised they had just lost a regular client for refusing to help.
I am really disappointed with this level of service, as it would have cost them 10 minutes of their time and also I know there last appointment is 6pm.
A broken tip is also unsightly especially if you are going out.
