As a man I have found that Layla’s to be most accommodating to my requirements. It can be daunting to walk into a salon and ask for treatments. This is not the case at Layla’s. The manager Thuy is very welcoming and explained the entire process to me. Throughout my treatments she was engaging in conversation and was very smily. Thuy, I would like to thank you for making this experience so very agreeable. You are a testament to your industry and your customer service is second to none. I love my mums nail shop. Every time she does my nails it’s always outstanding. You may think I’m just giving a good review because she is my mother but I’m not, I’m doing this because her work is amazing. The shop is always cleaned regularly and every time I go there to see her I never really see a customer leave dissatisfied. Nothing is ever done unprofessionally nor rushed, I may not go there a lot for my nails but when I do it’s always 100% going to be amazing

I have been using this nail parlour for few months and even recommended to friends and family however last week went for an Infill and it was total disaster!! The young girl who normally do my nail caught my broken nail with the machine and you get imagine the pain. It bled a lot. She was apologetic and didn’t charge me for it. What was most upsetting was the fact that the owner did not even ask me if I was ok while my finger was bleeding. She carried on with her customer as normal and totally ignored me. I’m self employed and could not work for 3 days due to the pain caused. So I would definitely avoid this place!!!

I’ve been coming to Layla’s now for a few years. Thuy and the girls are great. Always very friendly and great at what they do! They’ve never disappointed me and will always recommend them to my friends.

I had my nails done at Layla’s 3 weeks ago and I am still absolutely delighted with them! Still look great. I also loved the time to relax, and the quote in the bathroom that says “life might not be perfect, but your nails can be” had such a positive impression on me. Having my nails look nice has helped me feel good, despite stresses, challenges etc. So I wanted to say thank you so much!

The ladies there are amazing my SnS nail last three to four weeks. When one of the nails chipped I rang and they fixed it for me straight away. Absolutely fantastic.
