Ninh Star Nails

Was not good service, the person my partner had was rushing and when filing her nails he cut her 2 times by her skin underneath the side of her nail making her bleed.
He didnt even apologise, he just carried on and then didnt even fully coat her nail colour. Very disappointed with her nails. She is also upset of the overall outcome and experience from the whole ordeal.

I've used Ninh Star Nails numerous times over the past few years and this is typically my go to nail shop. Overall I'm happy with my nails each time usually opting for acrylics with Gel Colour, there service is fast for the actual treatment time and attention to detail is brilliant, I can honestly say I get much better nails from Ninh Star than I have done with many 'insta famous' independent nail techs. While I can't fault the end product I have given 4 stars due to the issue with punctuality and timings, I prrebook each time (which i recommend everyone to do as 9/10 you will be turned away otherwise) however I am always left waiting a minimum of 30 mins after my booked start time to be seen, for someone who arranges my appointments inbetween work and a hectic family life plus the issue of paying for parking it's frustrating to turn up on time for a service but left waiting, 10 minutes is no issue as I understand there will be occasions they run over but a more organised booking system would be greatly appreciated as this is the only thing that let's these guys down! Saying this, I know the staff work insanely hard and I do recommend to all looking for great nails that last.

My go to nail shop. Staff are really friendly, get to know you on a first name basis. Very professional. Showed them an inspiration picture and they delivered to perfection!

I loved it. They focused on providing a good service. The same price as everywhere which is a bit expensive but here, at least, they'll ensure they do a good job and your nails look beautiful.

Great service and gave me a last minute appointment and stayed late in order to do my nails, which I was very impressed with, highly recommend!

Accommdating was half n hr late for our appt, they fitted us in during their busy time. Kimmi was ever so helpful suggesting designs for me. Pedicure was great especially massage will definitely be coming back again.

Great communication and lovely, friendly staff. Booked for appointment on Sunday morning was offered an appointment that day unfortunately they were busy at the time I wanted so booked for later. Then i had a call to reschedule appointment for my time as someone cancelled which was great! Covid safe with masks, hand sanitizer, screens and felt like a clean environment. Nails done lovely by a lady called van she listened to what I wanted and didn’t make me feel like I was being a pain ( which I sure am) even offered various top coat to chose from! This will be my regular nail salon now! Thank you 😊
