I have used &Pause a number of times prior to lockdown. Andrea the owner is an amazing therapist, who cares for your nails, and will always provide you with the right advice to look after your nails. Her colours, advice and attention to detail are exactly what you are looking for when getting your nails done. The 1-1 service, no queuing or waiting and cleanliness are fantastic. I highly recommend her services and cant wait to return!!

Absolutely loved the whole experience! Had horrid bitten nails, Andrea made them look amazing! The entire time you are there it’s a pleasure. I felt completely pampered which has never happened to me in a nail shop! At &Pause it’s calm, tranquil and it feels a luxury to have your nails done rather than a chore. The hand and arm massage are a very nice bonus. Would highly recommend. I certainly wouldn’t have my nails done anywhere else. Thanks Andrea

Just had my nails done with Andrea, it was a fantastic experience. I am so pleased with my nails they look amazing. I would thoroughly recommend her it is such a lovely environment to have your nails done beats the high street salons 100%. Ended up with a very relaxing essential oils hand massage. Feeling very spoilt.

I had a wonderful time visiting &Pause. Andrea gave me a luxury pedicure which was just so relaxing and felt like proper me time!! My favourite part was the heated booties.
I also had SNS nails in pale pink with a dash of glitter for the glamorous touch.
Andrea was so warm and welcoming and knowledgeable about nail care. Also she is completely social distancing friendly with a perspects screen, face masks available to buy and convenient bathroom facilities.
I am feeling thoroughly pampered now and can’t wait for my next visit ❤️

It is like home from home and you really are able to stop and pause in order to enjoy your treatment, chill out and relax.

I like how Andrea explains what she is doing and actually cares about the condition of my nails. Andrea has taught me a lot about the best ways in which to look after and treat my nails.

I have had manicure with gel polish and through Andrea’s expertise, I have swapped to SNS. I always thought my nails weren’t strong enough, but through tender loving care, my natural nails have grown and are much stronger.

The luxury pedicures are amazing, this comes with a mini massage. Sheer bliss

The facial massage is heaven, REALLY. I do not normally have facials, as I have sensitive skin. Andrea was fantastic, I so enjoyed and my face felt so smooth and soft after and I was so relaxed. With the facials you get a mini neck and shoulder massage. . I can't wait for &pause to reopen, as I have missed my visits to &pause.

What I also like about &pause is that it’s feels so personal. Each appointment I have her undivided attention and peace, I can switch off completely and she makes the best hot chocolate.

I highly recommend &pause. You definitely will not regret it.

I had a luxury pedicure with gel polish and it was such a wonderful relaxing experience with Andrea. Nothing was too much trouble and I didn’t feel rushed in and out. Highly recommend this professional home salon for some well deserved “me time”!

Andrea was brilliant! She made me feel completely at ease for my first ever set of acrylics. They came out amazing! So happy with them! Would definitely recommend to everyone and will definitely be going back as a regular customer 😊
