One of the worst Shellac manicure and pedicure I’ve ever received and this for 55£!

The color was painted on as if it was by a 10 year old. The manicure was started on dry hands and she filed my natural nails off. The color was literally everywhere on my nails, the polish came out with bubbles and dark dirt spots that were just ignored and the polish on the toes is just a joke I mean just have a look at the pictures.
My natural nails are usually very nice, but she made them look wobbly and not straight.
Also it was really hard to find a decent polish since all their colors are crazy pinks and glitters.

I honestly believe that the pictures they’ve put online are stolen from the internet because I can tell you there is no one that skilled in the store, since I watched other people’s manicures. Also it’s one of those places where they gossip about you in their own language. However the other worker seemed much friendlier, but communicating in English is extremely limited, they wouldn’t understand what I wanted that’s why I opted for the easiest procedure.

Definitely a waste of time and money, feel sorry for the owner of the shop to hire such unprofessional staff.

walked in the shop and no one even looked up or acknowledged me entering, woman said no, she’s not doing the length i asked, seemed annoyed at me once i showed her i wanted a design. bad application, acrylic was not filed properly and applied over my nail bed on my skin. cut my finger whilst filing. then was charged £55. asked for french tip and it looked like it was her first time doing nails. wasn’t neat at all never coming back here again. went for my birthday nails and left the shop holding back tears

Most awful nail bar iv been too got my toes and nails done, my nails was nice basic plain nails but my toes (French tip) seemed okay until my big toenail started going black??? 2 weeks later And my other big toe nail got infected and mayday hospital had to remove my nail also the price for my toes and nails 85 pound all together?? Awful place DO NOT GO

Worst nails ever. Didn't do what I asked for and cut fingers and left acrylic all over my fingers when done. Shaping was terrible. Have to get them soaked off and re-done elsewhere.

Staff is welcoming, and sweet. First time having my nails done there and ended up doing eyebrows too. Both services super smooth. Deffo coming back.

I love my shellac! Haven't visited this place for two years. I've done my nails today and I am really happy with my new shellac. Thank you, ladies!

I got my nails done a few days ago simple colour and shape, though they do not look natural like my own nails. You can clearly see that the nails were not painted properly, when i checked my nails you could see on some nails the acrylic was uneven, near the cuticle are you can also see my real nails and the acrylic on. Last Summer i went to get my nails done at the same salon they were a bit better than the ones i have on right now eventhough the ones i got done last summer did have a few bubbles after the nail polish was dried.

I was really disappointed with the manicure I received today. I wanted a simple shellac manicure in dark blue. The lady did no cuticle clean up and just went straight into painting which looked so messy. It looked so unprofessional that I complained. A new lady said she would redo it, however the filing and clean up took such a long time and involved my fingers getting lots of cuts, one that wouldn't stop bleeding throughout the rest of the manicure! I chose a dark red this time (to mask the cuts!). Although the second lady did a neater job, you can still see some the blue in the corners of my nails. The cuts are really sore and sting. I regularly get my nails done and have never had so many problems like this before! They did apologise and gave me a £10 off gift voucher, however I will never be going here again. Sadly it was a really unpleasant experience and I'm very upset with the outcome. They look like I quickly painted them, not that I went to get them professionally done.
