This place looks beautiful, nice and clean. They did a great job on my manicure.

I went for a gel manicure. I arrived with lovely, long natural nails and left with short, square unnatural looking nails. I wanted to maintain my almond shaped nails but whilst my hands where in hers was told that wouldn't really work (no idea why, she didn't explain herself well!). She cut and filed them down to a stupidly short level and gave them a horrid square shape. My fingers were covered in paint after too, I was very unhappy when I left. The customer service is very lacking too, they staff are all so untalkative and blunt, the atmosphere wasn't nice. First and last time going there!

Really lovely people, they've always done such beautiful jobs on my nails. They're always checking in with you to make sure you are getting what you want. I've tried a few nail salons in Gravesend and this one is one of the best! 💅

i went here this morning, asked for the colour baby blue and got purple and the man didn’t double check if i wanted purple or not, they are a horrible shape when i asked for square they turned out terrible the acrylics don’t even fit onto my nails properly u can see some of my nail they are also very thick acrylics and stubby

If you are going for thick, uneven and shockingly UGLY nails- this is the place to go. Got my nails done earlier and had to get them sorted elsewhere this afternoon. Never going back
