Amazing service! Prices are good and the staff are so lovely and really easy to talk to and are very skilled and willing to try any design you ask for. Would 100% recommend!!

Really friendly. Been here a few times now, took my daughter with me once too. They do a great job, have always been able to get me in straight away on walk in visits compared to others in town centre with long wait times. Have a huge choice of colours, trying to decide which one is fun! Very family friendly always offer me a drink. Glad I found this place. My nails always look amazing every time. Ty!

Well, being new to the area. I googled nail shops near me and this one popped up!

I walked in and was almost seen instantly. Such lovely lovely people, very chatty, polite, honest. I decided to go for SNS because all the other ladies told me to lol and I am so glad I did because they are absolutely fantastic. By far the best nails I’ve had.. ever! I am very happy. They’ve gained a new customer :)

Small shop friendly staff all eager to please!

Undoubtedly I had a skilled technician, but sadly I did not enjoy my visit at all. I went in for some colour on my short natural nails, nothing fancy, and the way I was looked at when he saw them, and the comments he made (drawing looks from those around) left me feeling utterly humiliated. Ended up going for a full set because I was so uncomfortable and didn't feel able to say I needed them shorter; I didn't want to invite further comments/tutting.  I have been many times to have shorter nails painted elsewhere and never ever been treated like that.
It felt like he'd forgotten there was a person attached to the nails that were being presented to him. I left close to tears.
A shame, because like I said, the nails they do are very beautiful and from what I saw, the lady in there seems lovely.

And if anyone is confused regarding the review before mine, when you leave a 1 star on someone’s business you need to check whether you really received bad customer service or that you just didn’t get what you wanted when you wanted!
I was in the shop at the time and coming in towards the end of the day with no appointment and assuming that because there are empty chairs that you’re “entitled” to have that chair is just ignorant. Other bookings due to come in meaning you were told sorry we are booked up but you can book for another day. How can that warrant a 1 star!
