They listen to what design, shape and finish you desire. I always leave with flawless nails 💕 thank you for such fabulous nails over the years.

Staff were really friendly however the nails have not lasted. Spent £120 last Friday for a bridal full set of acrylics, an infill set, an adult Shellac and 2 kids Shellac. Not from the area and usually get my nails done every 2/3 weeks and they last well and never fall off. Not even 5 days later and 1 has fallen off, 2 have acrylic hanging over the edge of the nail digging into skin and others are now loose.

1 kid lost nail polish straight after leaving which they did put back on when her mother took her back. By later that evening both kids had 1 nail left each. Considering this was Shellac we were not impressed and the girls were devastated.

The adult Shellac has also lost some now up to 5 days after.

Usually when we have Shellac at other places they do 3 coats. Here only did 1.

Considering they charge £10 per child and it didn't even last 6 hours, and nearly double for infills for them to be falling off less than a week later is ridiculous.

Been gong to Emma's nails for a few years now very friendly I don't ho anywhere else now nails done really good and pretty quick too had nails done elsewhere taken absolute ages n flipped off in a few days but NOT at Emma s nails 🙂 👋💖very good

Well my friend went and she asked for lovely design and what happened is the lady took her did some stuff then a guy took her and shaped them and was hurting her very ruff but she never said anything he also didn't to the acrylic nail up to the bottom of her fingernail if u know what I mean then the women took her again and painted them she asked for like a clear nail and then a hot pink Heart in the middle then like a wavy line at the top of the nail in a pattern and all she got was this like whitish colour with a light pink heart in the middle no pattern I'm in ireland she's in England so we're online friends bit the photos looked disgusting 🤢

I paid £30 for a 10 minute pedicure without paint as I did not want any. The place is very ran down inside. Avoid

Popped in today to ask for a nail repair. I don’t live in the area but I come here once a month to visit friends. Both occasions the woman was rude to me and on this occasion she refused to do a repair. Not only was she rude but she did it infront of her customer. I understand that I’m not a regular customer but Customer service is so important to me , you never get a second chance to make a first impression. I will not be visiting the salon again and I will make sure my friends in Rugby know about my embarrassing experience. Went around the corner to another nail bar and the difference in customer service was first class, I guess that is why this salon is always empty. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
