Booked for a 3pm appointment, walked in and there was at least 6 people waiting being taken in a random order and not enough nail techs. Doesn't make a difference if you book or not. I would have had to wait at least another hour. Walked straight out.

This used to be a really good nail salon but it has gone way downhill. Don't bother with here, go somewhere else. Long wait times and the services are poor, understanding is hard between client and nail technician as well so asking for anything other than basics is pointless.

Only had my nails taken off they filed them down too much left some acrylic one and have ruined my nails. I don't think if I have a new set put on they will not stay.
