Luxury Nails

Went here for a full set of acrylics. The guy was so rough with my fingers, I even had to sy ouch and pull away a couple of times. They are the thickest acrylics I have ever had, they look cheap and are so, so sore after the aggressive filing for shaping. I wanted them to look natural but they are just annoyingly chunky. The guy also had filthy dirty hands! It was gross. Will NOT be going back.

I was visiting from out of town and came here for a manicure before a wedding I was attending. That was 3.5 weeks ago and my gel is still going strong. I've never had a gel manicure last for so long! (Having it removed today at my local salon since it's quite grown out, but very impressed with the longevity of this manicure).

Another set of refills completed today. Really pleased with colour as copied Lady next to me who Recomended it. Had a lovely lady who did them for me. Good holiday atmosphere in there today as people going on holiday and teaching staff broken up from school.

A lovely salon with lovely staff. I've been here a couple of times now and my nails look immaculate. They're incredibly fast and efficient too. I didn't have an appointment the first time but just waited and they did my nails - a huge difference to the snotty response I got in other salons. Now my nail salon of choice.

I went in asking for a dipping powder infill. They started doing my nails and then got the shellac out. I told them that's not what I asked for and the guy got a bit aggressive with me saying it wasn't what I asked for and they wouldn't change it. My friend was also there and heard me say dipping powder. They refused to correct it and I ended up with shellac. It's been 3 days since and the shellac is already coming off even though I have been careful with them. Won't be using again. Now going to have to get my nails corrected elsewhere and spend more money.

been to luxury nails 3+ times and i’m disappointed with my set this time. i understand the christmas rush but even after booking my friend and i had to wait half an hour to be seated. we had booked to be seated next to eachother which didn’t happen, it ended up being like musical chairs with 3+ people doing my nails. at the end of our appointment, we both got a pretty similar design but i got charged more?? i don’t know why?? and i have come out of luxury nails to find a literal hair in my nail and one feels very loose. i am disappointed that i have spent almost £50 on my nails to only get with hair in that won’t last.

Highly recommend. Always get my nails done here, everyone is great! I always get seen quickly, even when it's busy.

Have been using Luxury Nails for years and no matter which member of staff I have they never disappoint. Very friendly confident staff.
