Katy's Nails

They used to be the best nail bar in Bagshot until new management took over. The quality of the nails have been gradually going down hill over the last couple of months. I had a new set put on this time & within a week they were lifting & falling off, I have never had this problem before generally week 3-4 which is to be expected. The assistants do not listen to what the clients want I had problems with them taking off my new set off when I asked for infills as the nails were still in good condition but before I Knew it she had cut them off so I had no choice but to have a new set again. I asked for normal nails polish on my toes but she put gel polish on instead so it cost an extra £10 when I explained that's not what I asked for the said it was. The price is different every time I go in instead of new set & infills being a set price like it used to be. I'm very disappointed with this nail bar now & I know of a few people that have said that they have stopped going there for the same reason.

I am very happy with my nails. Staff are friendly and lovely . I won't go any where else . Love Katys nail ❤️❤️

I’ve been here a couple of times now. The nails last me around 4 weeks if not more. Everyone in the shop is so friendly and kind. They always offer drinks and are attentive to people’s needs in general. I am very particular about my nails and the shape in particular and they get it spot on, even are patient enough to change nail shape until I’m happy.

Honestly they’re a great nail salon. Also they have massage chairs when they do a pedicure…. That is always a win in my books.

Absolutely beautiful every time. They last a long time and the staff are really friendly. I would absolutely recommend. I will be a regular customer now that I am living in the area. Very happy.

I’ve been going to Katy’s nails religiously every two weeks for many years and have always had a positive experience. I often go in with pictures/designs I’ve seen online and they are always accommodating, even when they are over the top and complicated! I’m very particular about my nails and they always do them exactly as I ask. They also have mine and my mums cup of tea order memorised and made for us as soon as we arrive. Could not ask for better service!!

Love love love this nail shop! Everytime I go the customer service is always 10/10, I have no problems with my nails as the staff always does the perfect job everytime! Nail designs are super cute here too, leaves me coming back for more!❤️

I have been using Katie’s for well over a year - with previous owners and current ones - the staff are really nice I’ve always booked my appointments and been booked in when requested - I’ve seen walk in appointments come in while I’ve been there and they are always accommodating , they can get busy but they are good and reasonable priced .. I’ve always been more than happy with my service I have SNS dipping powder and they last well into the 4 weeks -
I usually have some nail art from a random photo I’ve found from Pinterest I’ve found they have always done an outstanding job and given me beautiful nails, I will continue to be a returning customer :)
