I can't understand the negative reviews. I had my nails done here for the first time today. I was retisent to change where I go but distance forced me to find somewhere more local. The service was very friendly. The clients I met were very happy with the service and I was asked throughout if I was happy. And my nails are perfect. Very reasonably priced too. I will definitely be returning.

2022 UPDATE!

I kept going as they're really nice people, bit I had an appointment booked for 10am and it got to 10:40 and they still didn't see me!!! I've decided to not go anymore, I understand that they want to have as much business as they can, but they need to stop over booking themselves!!

I've been here a few times, I would say 9 or 10. They're really lovely people and you can tell they love what they do, but I am always seen late ( appointment at 10, not seen until 10:20/30) and this is because they over book themselves. Very frustrating when you have things to do.

I absolutely love this place the staff is so friendly and always makes me feel so comfortable!! The only nail spa that I have found to listen to exactly what I want and do nails that stay on for a long time even when doing hard work that would normally take off nails!!! I’ve been going there for about a year and yes there normally is a bit of a wait but it’s worth it and I’ve never waited more than 45mins for them to get to me which is not long compared to other salons I’ve gone to!!

Brilliant staff really friendly but wish I could say the same about my nails .....sore fingers and nails that are different lengths. Sadly I will not be going back

I came here to get Acrylics, it was friendly service but my nails are not the best. they’re wonky, different lengths and bulky looking. i’m a bit disappointed

I had a full set of nails that cost £45, one of them fell off two days later, two days before I was going away on holiday. asked if they could re do, Not very helpful in fixing the matter, no time to spend 10 minutes fixing. So had to go to another salon to fix

I waited for some time to have gel on my nails (which I had already shaped and filed at home). The beautician pulled out an electric metal file. I said there was only clear nail varnish on my nails that could be removed with a varnish remover, and they were already shaped so an electric metal nail file wasn’t necessary. I also showed him the damage caused to my nail bed from a former experience with a metal circulating file and requested any filing he do with a standard emery board. He said he was unable, which I find quite hard to believe. So I left.
What a disappointment.
