Kawaii Five Star Nails

I work in the health and fitness sector and been getting my nails done for years and a friend of mine recommended Kawaii Nails to me. I have coming to Kawaii Nails for over and year and half every month without fail and I have to say it is definitely worth every single penny. I love coming here, not only for my nail treatment but the team here really provide a warm and first class customer service. They are a lovely team here, San, Lynn and Kim and the rest of the gang. These guys are a credit to Kawaii Nails, Rickmansworth. Not only are they professional, but they are talented, friendly and welcoming. They are very accommodating and have always provided me and my friends and clients with appointments when we have needed them. The salon is very clean and it has a nice set up. Keep up the amazing work guys because you keep people like me and my other friends who happen to work in the health and beauty sector coming back. Thank you xx

I rang up to book an appointment to get my nails redone and the lady said they were not taking bookings so I should just turn up. I arrived and asked how long it would be and was told I would have to wait half an hour or so which was fine. The half and hour turned into 45mins as people who had booked appointments had priority. After waiting an hour I said I couldn't wait any longer. She said it would STILL be a half an hour wait! So I left without getting my nails done, having wasted my Saturday afternoon waiting. I stopped going to Kawaii nails a few months back after one of the staff was really rough and rude when doing my nails. Now I remember why I stopped going. Most of the staff are friendly but they need to be more honest about waiting times.

Great service great job on bails. I was a hard customer as we found pinterest pictures and asked them to replicate. They were so positive about giving it a try. Thanks so to the ladies for taking care of this demanding american.

This is one of the worst nail shops I've ever been to - shellacs lasted a week, normal polish lasted around 24 hours. Some of the staff are friendly and nice however I went once and the lady doing my nails put her headphones in and was on FaceTime the whole time. Went today to get my shellacs taken off as I couldn't go to my normal nail shop..only had a couple left on as I had taken some off myself, yet they still wanted to charge £10. Expensive anyway but when more than half were already off, this is a ridiculous price. Wouldn't recommend to a single person.

It's been a long time since I was there last but the owner remember me which was a shock but a nice shock as a man I know in the rickmansworth area too have a pedicure and manicure seams odd but it's a nice treat the staff are very good at what they do ,I would recommend anyone too go there I have in the past payed for my parents too have treatments done there ,so I I thank them for this morngs treatments on me feet and hands very good job done and well worth the money thank you

I’ve been going to Kawaii Nails regularly since 2019 and would never consider going elsewhere. I find some salons can be quite intimidating but the ladies here are all so friendly and it’s a lovely atmosphere, and everything is kept super clean and tidy with a bright, fresh feeling. Lots of services available, and the girls are always happy to try new things and take your Pinterest inspo photos on board or suggest something new to try! Never had a bad experience with them, would absolutely recommend.

Have tried all the nail salons in Rickmansworth but this is by far the best. Nail technicians can be quite brutal when removing shellac, but these guys take their time so I don’t feel my nail is getting damaged. The finish is great and long lasting. They always prioritise their booked clients, so you don’t get pushed to the back of a walk-in queue. I won’t be going anywhere else, thoroughly recommend.
