Le Nails Staines

I've been a loyal customer here since they opened earlier this year, coming atleast once a month. The man is always friendly and lady usually is too, unfortunately not today. She wasn't friendly or accommodating at all and was quite rude to me and my friend. She didn't speak to me at all just tapped on the desk when she wanted my attention. When filing the acrylics down she filed my skin on 3 seperate fingers which are now extremely sore. She was aware that she done this as i pulled my hand back and she 'acted' oblivious. I was also not offered any cuticle oil or cream which she has done religiously over the year. I assume this is because she knew it would sting me! Thanks for ruining my usual pleasant experience, I'll be going back to Andys nails.

I visited here on Saturday with my daughter. We both had an appointment and we were seen on time. As always a very friendly welcome and a wonderful experience.
The salon was very busy but we were not rushed and the experience was great as always.

I returned on Tuesday to have a pedicure, the salon was very quiet and I got to chat to the owners quite a bit. Very friendly and professional.
So pleased with my pedicure and manicure. I wouldn’t go any where else. Thank you

The Chinese guy that done my nails was exstreamly rude to me. I have mental health issues and this shows in my personality. He seemed disrespectful towards me and kept speaking Chinese to he's other colleagues and laughing at me making me feel very uncomfortable. This is the worst place I have ever been and I advise anyone thinking of going there to think again and to go elsewhere.

Great professional Salon and Service. The person that put a terrible review wasn't telling the truth. Most likely looking 4 discount. Disgraceful for liaring. The Salon doesn't need customers that lie. Good riddance to nasty people.

AVOID!!! Lady is so rude with absolutely no customer service skills. She has overcharged me several times, she changes the price depending on what the person looks like they can afford. I called her out on it and she started screaming at me then speaking in a different language loudly. They should be ashamed of themselves as business owners overcharging and bickering over £10, its the principle of things and I will never go back again.

Fantastic salon. Very friendly team. Spotlessly clean and always a welcoming smile. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Choose from literally 100’s of styles and colours. The absolute best nail bar around. Free parking too!

Honestly they are a few pounds cheaper than other salons but there is hidden charges, such as 17GBP for a infill(written on their pricelist and board) but its technically 25GBP because you have to use shellac polish as normal varnish isn't a option. The energy from the lady is terrible and very unprofessional, she is very hostile, unwelcoming and just rude. There is another man that is hostile, doesn't speak to you just grunts and seems like he's annoyed. My nails and pedicure was fine but I didn't enjoy my experience and felt uncomfortable the whole time so I'd rather go to a salon where I feel welcomed, the energy is just very angry so I felt uncomfortable to even ask a question. They aren't very busy so I don't understand why they behave in this manner. Ive given the salon a few chances but the poor customer service just isn't worth the prices. take your money else where. 50GBP is a treat for myself and its not nice having spent that much money on selfcare not feeling relaxed. Every other customer I've seen looked quiet and uncomfortable.
