Got my nails done here for the first time and it was horrible. They didn’t understand what I wanted and I had to get my nails done twice as they had not done a good job. The beauty part is done my two ladies whom are amazing and professional, but I would not recommend getting your nails done here.

Use to like it here had nails done for my holiday ended up leaving really upset I'm very laid back and showed a pic said something similar will do .. the lady doing my nails not only was she really hurting me I said ouch she tuted at me . She called me fussy infront of a shop full of people I felt so embarrassed I said I'm not but u have bin really rude to me I was really looking forward to treating myself but the whole experience left me feeling like rubbish never again will I return.. also I'd booked about a month in advance yet after my pedicure I was left waiting ages for my nails

Had my nails done at 10am did complain at the lady filed my nails right down. By 4pm one of the nails most of the shellac came off. And all I have done is drive for 4 hrs to go on holiday. Fuming

Terrible! Would give 0 stars if I could - so busy they were rushing and being so rough with my nails that they cut my thumb with the electric file! My natural nails have been ruined by them and I ended up walking out. First and last time I go there.

DO NOT USE!! VIOLENT AND AGGRESSIVE STAFF - TERRIBLE SERVICE.

This is hands down the worst service I have ever received, the product I paid for was not what I received and upon bringing this up with the staff I was met with the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I was shouted at in front of a shop full of people for raising the points that I was not happy with, I then asked for further details of their public liability insurance which was not given to me. Makes you question whether they are insured correctly?

The lady shouting at me was very confrontational towards me and almost made me feel as though she was going to hit me, I have never experienced anything like this in my life…and in front of a shop full of people?!

As I was stressing my problem to the lady I could see lots of other customers acknowledging my concerns and a few even pulled me to side and agreed that this was the worst run salon they have visited.

Reports will be made and this will be taken further. Complaints should not be dealt with this way and unfortunately they will now have to learn the hard way.

DO NOT GO HERE! MANICURE DREW BLOOD/AGGRESSIVE STAFF. I wouldn’t usually write a review but I am shocked by the experience we have just had. Wouldn’t even give it one star. Went in for SNS, firstly the manicure and application was the worst I have ever seen. Secondly they cut my mums hand twice during the process. When she left she realised within a few moments that the service she received was not acceptable, she went back in to speak to them and left in tears after being shouted at and threatened by the staff. When I went back in to make a complain I was met with the same aggression, they wouldn’t hand over public liability details or name of manager/company etc. Terribly run business- unprofessional and shoddy work. We will be reporting to trading standards. Save yourself the drama, don’t even bother going. Someone else complained while we were there too.

The shop owner is a professor in the nail industry. But the shop owner often goes out and rarely goes to work because he likes to do little but quality. If anyone wants the shop owner to do it, book his wife. His name is Nhiên

Well, I am happy with my nails they have done for me however, one of the staff members were really aggressive and got Frustrated when I asked for nail jewels 💎 of my choice!!! She was literally saying erghhhhhhhhhh! Which is very unprofessional of her!
