Experience not good of late. Staff are often rude and just pull your hands about and often I have to tell them my nails not cut straight. Going to try somewhere else as they don't seem very creative either.

Can always get in and can always do my wakie nails or close match very friendly atmosphere and staff are friendly too.

Been going here for my nails for years now and never had too many issues, however since December 2019 I have been going every 10 days/ 2 weeks as I have lost between 3-5 nails! I haven't changed what I do, but they have either been lifting from the cuticle area of snapping straight off.
Everytime I've been back I've explained what has happened, but they dont apologise of even offer you a discount!
This time they have put the acrylic on so badly my nails look like claws!
Unfortunately wont be returning here and would not reccomend.

I went in this morning to get a gel removal & polish on my natural nails. My nails are quite long and I just wanted a square shape with a round edge. The man filed my gel off instead of soaking them so now my nails are severely damaged to the cuticle. He then filed all my length off to apparently create the square look which was completely unnecessary as they were already square. I got up left as soon as he finished filing the first hand and I noticed what he had done. I am beyond disappointed. Will not be going back. Do not recommend.

I contacted the shop to ask how much it would be for new nails with just a base colour and the man on the phone said £25 which I thought was good. Anyway my daughter rang and needed another £10 put into her bank because when she got to the till he said £35. My daughter asked before the nails were started how much and the man and the nail technician said £25. My daughter went with her friend and hers were supposed to be £35 and they charged her £49. What a rip off I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. What a bunch of rob dogs. 😡👎
