Edgy nails LTD

Great salon, been here many times now and always been impressed with the service. Staff are friendly, equipment is clean, and there's a large choice of colours to choose from.

I’ve been visiting this nail salon for a couple of years now but only recently have I been finding the visits really really bad. The guys in the salon are rude and unprofessional, usually playing on fifa at the back or watching football loud in full view of customers or even watching video’s on their phone whilst doing peoples nails. I think they are forgetting that people are paying for quality and service. The past two times I have been for infills I had the young small guy do my nails and both times were different price amounts (way more than I was used to paying) and he has absolutely butchered my fingers with the file. He was extremely rude and I could see how irritated he was with me when HE was burning MY fingers with the electronic file. He had no consideration for how it was hurting me and I’ve walked out after paying £25 for infills with my fingers bleeding and sore. I won’t ever go to this place again I’m disappointed and let down, no wonder the place is always empty now!

Had a walk appointment today. The gentleman who did my nails found him very ignorant. Won't be going back again.
